We’re looking for a Director, Wealth Strategies to provide overall leadership and accountability for the Affinity Wealth Management (AWM) business. This role will be responsible for translating wealth strategy into operational plans, overseeing business performance, service delivery, people leadership, and execution of AWM priorities. What you’ll do Translates Wealth strategy into operational plans, priorities, performance expectations, and informs resource requirements for the Affinity Wealth Management business. Provides overall leadership and accountability for AWM business performance, including growth, member outcomes, service delivery and standards, operational effectiveness, and execution of Wealth priorities. Provides people leadership and direction to leaders responsible for Wealth advice, sales, service, operations, and compliance, establishing clear accountabilities and ensuring alignment across teams. Oversees coordination between Wealth teams and Advice Centre teams in relation to Wealth; Works with leaders across Advisory Services and other organizational units to integrate Wealth services, strengthen referral relationships, and improve the flow of work and member experience across channels.
