AfterQuery is seeking Human Resources professionals to create and evaluate HR reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic HR scenarios — employee-relations cases, policy questions, talent decisions — that test an AI model’s ability to reason through people matters with care and accuracy. Requirements
Applicants need professional experience in human resources or people operations, working knowledge of employment practices and HR policy, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. PHR, SHRM-CP, or comparable certification and experience across multiple HR functions are preferred; familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
