Visit us on www.agdata.com More about us here: https://vimeo.com/347063684 Position Summary The National Account Manager will be responsible for generating net-new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and expanding multi-year relationships across AGDATA’s software, data, and enterprise solutions. This role will focus on national and strategic accounts in North American agriculture, with a priority on building executive-level relationships, advancing complex sales cycles, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional who can identify opportunity, create value-based sales strategies, and close high-impact deals in a consultative, disciplined way. The National Account Manager will have the opportunity to influence growth, build trusted executive relationships, and help clients solve high-value commercial challenges. What You Will Do Build and manage a pipeline of national and strategic accounts across North American agriculture. Develop executive relationships with prospective and existing clients. Lead consultative sales conversations that connect AGDATA’s software, data, and enterprise solutions to measurable business outcomes. Manage complex deal cycles from prospecting through close, including stakeholder alignment, business case development, contracting, and handoff to internal teams. Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, client success, and leadership to support account strategy and long-term growth. What You Bring 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, data, analytics, or technology-enabled services, with experience selling into agriculture, ag retail, crop protection, seed, distribution, animal health, or adjacent industries preferred. Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing $250K–$1M+ total contract value (TCV) deals involving multiple stakeholders, security or privacy requirements, and data-sharing considerations. Strong executive presence, disciplined deal management, and sharp financial/ROI acumen. Working knowledge of agricultural go-to-market strategies including rebates, retailer networks, buying groups, and biologicals trends. Willingness to travel 40–50% across North America. Candidates should have a record of closing complex $250K–$1M+ TCV deals, strong executive presence and ROI acumen, knowledge of agricultural go-to-market strategies, and willingness to travel 40–50% across North America.
