Are you an experienced Investment Operations / Collateral Management leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a leading global investment organization? 📍 Location: Toronto, ON (4 Days onsite) 🏢 Industry: Investment Management / Pension Fund 💼 Level: Manager / People Leader Must Haves: 8–10+ years of Investment Operations experience with strong Collateral Management expertise Deep understanding of ISDA CSA / GMRA, cleared margin, and collateral processes Experience with SIMM, Sponsored Repo, and regulatory collateral initiatives Buy-side investment operations experience is highly preferred Proven people leadership and team management experience Strong experience leading transformation, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives Familiarity with collateral platforms such as Acadia, TriOptima, and Triparty Custodians Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPA/CFA is an asset
