Director, Software Product Management About the Opportunity We are seeking a Director, Software Product Management to lead the product strategy and execution for a growing digital platform business. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving roadmap execution, and overseeing Product Management and UX/UI teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align product priorities with business objectives, accelerate platform growth, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable software solutions. What You'll Do Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technology priorities. Lead end-to-end product planning, prioritization, backlog management, and delivery across multiple product teams and initiatives. Champion a customer-first approach by leveraging user research, feedback, analytics, and market insights to inform product decisions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, successful product launches, and effective change management. Monitor product performance and business outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve adoption, efficiency, and growth. Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and UX/UI professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure product investments deliver measurable business value. What You'll Bring Strong expertise in software product management, digital product strategy, and Agile delivery methodologies. Proven ability to lead multiple product workstreams while guiding and developing product teams. Deep understanding of modern digital platforms, technology concepts, and user-centered design principles. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide product decisions. Ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Leadership, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Proven success leading product teams and delivering software products at scale. Experience developing product roadmaps and driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery. Strong collaboration experience with Engineering, UX, Operations, and business stakeholders. Background in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or large-scale technology environments. Exposure to cloud-based applications, platform modernization initiatives, or data-driven products. Nice to Have MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree. Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications. Requirements

Candidates should have a record of leading product teams and delivering software products at scale, strong Agile and cross-functional leadership capabilities, and experience with digital platforms; SaaS, fintech, financial services, cloud applications, or platform modernization experience is relevant.
