Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Operators in the electro-mechanical assembly industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Our client is an Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing and R&D facility located in the west end of Ottawa. They are seeking applicants for a variety of Operator roles that they currently have available. Responsibilities Assemble raw materials/components according to procedures and provided diagrams, drawings, schematics, and/or descriptions Visual and manual inspections of incoming components and raw materials Material handling Machine operation Recognizes discrepancies in documentation or problems with quality, product, or process, and recommends changes Documentation and data recording Component/wire preparation, cable and harness assembly Requirements High School Diploma Must be willing to have a background check conducted Previous experience is ideal What's In It For You $19.00 hourly Day Shift (8 am - 4 pm), Evening Shift (4 pm - 12 am), or Night Shift (12 am - 8 am) availabilities Premiums on Evening (10%) and Night (15%) shifts Weekly pay, including 4% vacation pay Health & Dental Benefits Free on-site parking and transit accessible location 1-year contract with opportunity for extension or permanent placement Soft Skills Strong communication This posting is for an active opening.
