Opportunities The Bulk Milk Tanker Driver will rotate shifts with other drivers including some weekends. They are responsible for operating a tractor with tanker in a safe and appropriate manner. Driver’s must conduct all activities in accordance with the Dairy Industry Act and Regulation and with company policies and procedures. All activities must also be completed in a respectful manner, towards customers, other drivers, the public, and management. Drivers must report any complaints and or respond in a courteous and respectful manner. One of the greatest benefits of being a bulk milk tanker Driver is that you'll be home every day. Pay: Starting wage of $34.34/hour, increasing to $36.15/hour after 3 months with additional scheduled increases in 2027 and 2028 Here is who you are… Drive & motivation * You are passionate about your work and dedicated to demonstrating the value of the company * You are energized by a job well done and interacting and dealing with people * You are responsible, self-motivated individual able to work with little supervision Character & ABILITIES * You are confident in your abilities and passionate about your pursuits * You are respectful, honest, and trustworthy * You demonstrate sound work ethic * You can act professionally, responsibly and display appropriate behaviour in all situations * You are organized and detail-oriented * You maintain strong communication with peers, customers, Lead Hands/Route Forman Knowledge & skills * Knowledge of truck and equipment safety * Maintain logbooks/records on mileage, report all accidents and turn paperwork in a timely manner * You have excellent time and task management skills * Effective writing, reading and communication skills Experience * You have a Class 1 drivers license to operate a tractor trailer * You have successful experience in hauling Super B and unstable load * You have successful experience working independently Nice-to-Have * Super B experience * Experience in hauling unstable load things you will do… * Safe and efficient operation of bulk transport vehicle * Adhere to safety practices and procedures * Adhere to Dairy Industry Act and Regulations * Adhere to applicable Transportation regulations, Occupational Health and Safety, and National Safety Code Regulations * Maintain strong communication with peers, customers, and Lead Hand/Route foreman * Fuel vehicle, check oil, trip inspections and report required repairs/maintenance * Maintain logbooks/records on mileage, report all accidents and turn paperwork in a timely manner * Load and unload truck with minimal to no product loss * Cleaning exterior and inside the tanks of bulk milk trucks * Maintain excellent attendance along with clean work habits * Climb ladders to the top of the bulk tanks to check tank levels and for cleanliness * Perform other duties as required ______________________________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS: * Class 1 Driver’s License to operate and drive a tractor trailer – Super B experience preferred * Experience hauling unstable loads * Must obtain Milk Grader’s License (training will be provided) * Must pass a company driving test and medical * Reasonably clean drivers abstract #LI-DNI
