In this role, you will: * Review, verify and approve large and/or complex claims applications of varying complexity and payment value in accordance with program guidelines * Participate in claims file discussions and collaborate with senior quality advisors, claims specialists, or team leaders on cases requiring further approvals, legal counsel, or potential appeals. * Provide technical guidance to agents and producers related to Agricorp's suite of programs. * Identify and escalate high-risk issues to specialists or team leaders, as required. * Coach and provide technical guidance to junior members of the team and peers across the organization. * Maintain professional working relationships with producers and agents.
