Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSC’s Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy. Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible to provide lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients’ business/operations in providing such support. What will your growth opportunities look like in this role? Expand and develop your subject matter expertise in agricultural and commercial lending. Leadership and mentorship role within the Lending Team. Participation in in-house and outside developmental learning opportunities. What will you be responsible for? You will be responsible for the growth and management of a lending portfolio. Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation. Enhanced client interactions using in person and digital platforms. What are we looking for from you? An excellent communicator who works collaboratively with key partners within and outside of AFSC.
