Levitate is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Success team. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Customer Success, helping new clients get up and running with our platform. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a seamless onboarding experience. You'll assist clients with integrations, data migration, and setup - ensuring a smooth transition into the Levitate platform. Responsibilities Lead implementation calls with clients to guide them through setup and onboarding Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams for smooth handoffs Troubleshoot implementation challenges through problem-solving and collaboration with Support and Engineering Accurately document customer interactions and updates in our system Effectively manage time and tasks to meet implementation deadlines Use AI tools to clean and prepare spreadsheets during onboarding processes Qualifications 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a tech environment Strong technical aptitude and comfort with tools and integrations Fluent in Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, data manipulation, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities Professional and empathetic when working with clients Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative attitude Benefits Our commitment to our staff is showcased not only through our strong company culture, but also through our employee-centric benefits and programs including: Paid time off and paid provincial holidays to facilitate strong work-life balance Paid parental leave that provides employees with support and flexibility as they grow their families Extensive benefit options including private pension matching, healthcare benefits, etc. Culture Crew and Emerging Leader programs to foster employee leadership development, inclusivity, and connection through year-round trainings and events Notices AI: Levitate will use Artificial Intelligence-supported tools to screen, assess or select applicants at one or more stages of the recruitment process for this position. Compensation: Compensation for this position is a $55,000 base + $10,000 bonus = $65,000 CAD on target earnings. The bonus portion is uncapped. Vacancy Status: This position is being publicly advertised to support ongoing hiring needs and may be used to fill an existing vacancy or to support anticipated team growth. Depending on business needs at the time of hire, this role may be filled as a backfill or as new headcount.
