Job Description Reporting to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager in St-Lazare plays a key role in managing, organizing, and planning the daily activities of work teams to ensure efficient and high-quality operations. The Branch Manager provides support, training, follow-up, and oversight of operations to contribute to the success of the branch and achieve sales objectives. They collaborate with various stakeholders to continuously optimize and improve processes and are responsible for meeting the goals and expectations established by senior management in both production and sales. Responsibilities: Manage, train, develop, and motivate production and customer service teams, including conducting quarterly performance evaluations for each employee; Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided; Work closely with various Project Managers (automotive sales, tires and batteries, etc.); Actively participate in daily operations, stay involved, and understand employees’ day-to-day tasks ("hands-on" approach); Maintain and control inventory of vehicles, tires, batteries, catalytic converters, and other materials; Buy and sell used vehicles; Oversee local marketing initiatives. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service; Minimum of 5 years of experience managing teams; Knowledge of automotive parts would be considered an asset. Desired Skills: Leadership; Customer service orientation; Ability to learn quickly; Strong stress management skills Additional Information Work Environment / Additional Information Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and availability to work one weekend out of every two; Full-time, permanent position. Requirements

At least five years of customer service experience and five years of team management experience are required. Automotive parts knowledge is an asset; strong leadership, customer service orientation, quick learning, and stress management skills are desired.
