Job Summary: The Facilities Technician 3 is responsible for the provision of building operations, maintenance and repairs in assigned facilities according to the respective Technician’s qualifications. This job works on a wide variety of assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Building maintenance and repairs * Ensure building compliance and code is adhered to * Contractor oversight and management * Manage workloads * On call availability * Reports and all written documentation and process are followed * Adhere to all company policies and procedures * Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations * Adhere to the Company’s Quality System operating procedures * Perform other duties as assigned by Management Qualifications: * 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Certified Journeyman technician or equivalent * Self-motivated, willing to learn * Works well independently and is a team player * Presents and maintains a positive and professional image * Writing and verbal communication skill is an must * Awareness of Environment, Health & Safety Issues * Required to obtain/maintain a security clearance - A valid driver's license is required * Must climb ladders * Basic computer skills is required While we appreciate all applications we receive, we advise that only candidates under consideration will be contacted.
