Job Summary: The Facilities Technician 4 is responsible for the provision of building operations, maintenance and repairs in assigned facilities according to the respective Technician’s qualifications. This job works on a wide variety of assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Perform building maintenance and repair activities. * Ensure building compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards through effective contractor oversight and management. * Manage and prioritize assigned workloads to meet operational requirements. * Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required. * Complete reports and ensure all required documentation and processes are followed accurately and on time. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards. * Perform all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, in accordance with applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and government legislation and regulations. * Follow the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and operating standards. * Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications: * 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Certified Journeyman technician or equivalent * Knowledge of Building Automation systems (BAS) * Must be available for rotating shift hours as required * Self-motivated, willing to learn * Works well independently and is a team player * Presents and maintains a positive and professional image * Writing and verbal communication skill is an must * Awareness of Environment, Health & Safety Issues * Required to obtain/maintain a security clearance * A valid driver's license is required * Must climb ladders * Basic computer skills is required The pay range is $30,00 to $40,00 per hour. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards, benefits and health insurance, among others.
