ROLE OVERVIEW As a Warehouse Agent at Air Inuit, you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations in Puvirnituq. You will play a role in the reception, storage and shipment of merchandise. THE ROLE IN DEPTH * Organize the warehouse in a functional manner and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment; * Load preparation and load verifications; * Assist, when necessary, in the loading and unloading of the aircraft; * Help prepare all flight documents related to cargo; * Cargo reception and distribution; * Operate the forklift WHAT SETS YOU APART * High school diploma or equivalent; * Bilingual (English/Inuktituk) or (French/Inuktituk) or (French/English); * Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure in a physically challenging environment; * Hold a valid driving license; * Available to work evenings, nights and weekends; * If the position is not filled locally, the candidate will be considered as having no specific base. COMPENSATION * Salary and benefits are determined according to company policy. WORKING CONDITIONS * Rotational position: 15 days on and 13 days off * Air transport from Montreal as well as accommodation and meals are covered by the company for each rotation. * The employee will be recognized as not having a designated base.
