Job Description In collaboration with the manager of financial operations, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of the corporate agency network. Prepare, upload and monitor payments and bank transfers; Track transactions and control cash inflows and outflows (deposits, disbursements, inter-company transfers); Provide proof of payment to the Accounts Payable and Internal Audit departments; Verify and reconcile deposits; Update weekly cash flow statements; Perform various accounting entries in SAP; Reconcile multiple bank accounts and payment processors; Collaborate with internal teams and ensure effective communication across departments; Maintain comprehensive documentation for all accounting and financial processes; Perform other related duties. Qualifications Degree in administration, accounting or any pertinent experience. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of SAP, Travel Works or Consul PC (an asset). Strong organizational skills. Oral and written fluency in French and English* A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada and internationally. Additional Information 2 positions : 12 months and 6 months.
