Notre site Airbus Atlantique basé à Mirabel recherche son futur Acheteur General Procurement. Sommaire du poste: Sous la supervision du Superviseur Achats, l’Agent interface client aura comme principales responsabilités de piloter les achats speedshop pour plusieurs commodités au niveau avionnable. Il est également responsable de maintenir les bonnes relations avec les différents fournisseurs nord-américains et d’être en constante communication avec la supply chain et les achats du siège social situé en France. Responsabilités: Gérer l'intégralité du cycle de commandes, de l'émission du besoin jusqu'à la livraison, tout en assurant une communication rapide et précise auprès des clients; Pilotage des indicateurs de performances (KPIs) et analyse de risques; Assurer la gestion administrative et financière des commandes; Gestion des urgences et assurer la prise en charge immédiate et prioritaire; Faire le suivi des dossiers clients, des commandes et des réclamations pour garantir la résolution des problèmes et la conformité des livraisons; Être l’intermédiaire entre les différents départements afin de supporter les opérations et son bon fonctionnement; Toutes autres tâches connexes liées au poste. Profil recherché Formation : Diplôme en administration ou logistique; Avoir un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en secteur manufacturier idéalement dans un rôle similaire; Maîtrise opérationnelle du système SAP et rigueur dans la gestion de bases de données; Excellente maîtrise de la Suite MS Office (notamment Excel pour le tri et le traitement de fichiers de suivi complexes) et de la Suite Google; Bonne connaissance des système en administration des ventes (facturation, incoterms, documentation douanière); Fort esprit d’équipe, autonomie, haut niveau de réactivité face aux urgences; Faire preuve de rigueur dans la relation client; Bonne maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais parlé et écrit. Requirements

Candidates must hold a diploma in administration or logistics and possess at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and knowledge of sales administration, including invoicing and customs documentation, is required.
