Sommaire du poste: Sous la supervision du Directeur des Finances, le contrôleur de gestion Fonctions support est responsable d'assurer le suivi de la performance financière des fonctions Achats, Ordonnancement, Logistique (Inventaires) et Gestion des bâtiments. Il a pour mission de compiler, d’analyser les résultats, d'élaborer des prévisions financières et de fournir des analyses stratégiques pour garantir le respect du budget et favoriser une prise de décision stratégique optimale. Vos défis: En collaboration avec ses partenaires d’affaires ; établir, suivre et analyser les budgets et les prévisions financières ; Assurer les tâches de fin de mois : analyses des écarts, ajustements, provisions et allocations des coûts ; Assurer la veille des opérations de support, identifier les tendances pour anticiper les risques et les opportunités financières. Analyser les écarts de performance et proposer des actions correctives ; Participer à la définition des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs de rentabilité ; Votre profil: Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finance ou en administration des affaires. Un titre professionnel (CPA) est un atout important. Minimum de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion et/ou en analyse financière, idéalement dans un environnement aéronautique ou manufacturier. Solide connaissance des principes comptables et des logiciels de gestion financière (SAP, Oracle, etc.) ; Maîtrise de la Suite MS Office, avec un niveau avancé d'Excel ; Capacité d'analyse, rigueur, sens de la planification et de la résolution de problèmes ; Bilinguisme français-anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est requis pour interagir avec les équipes internes et les partenaires.
