Position Overview: As a Level 3 Senior Ground Control Station (GCS) Software Analyst, you are a core member of the execution tier, responsible for owning the end-to-end user experience, backend data aggregation, and structural layout of the operator's station software ecosystem. In this role, you will take the lead in evaluating systemic requirements, putting together a comprehensive execution plan, and coordinating the strategic development of the GCS software. Your focus will be on seamlessly integrating commercial third-party applications and stable open-source software libraries to assemble a highly dependable, high-availability operator workstation tailored for the autonomous JC250 aircraft fleet. Key Responsibilities: · Formulate detailed software roadmaps and technical implementation plans to guide the development, deployment, and expansion of the ground station operator software. · Coordinate the integration, security Auditing, and performance tuning of third-party enterprise tools and open-source packages to establish a unified desktop user experience. · Design and implement high-availability, multi-threaded backend data aggregation loops capable of managing simultaneous data link feeds, real-time aircraft state metrics, and video streams. · Construct intuitive, low-latency display environments and synthetic map visualizations to maximize operator situational awareness during complex autonomous operations. · Architect secure, role-based operator permission layers, cryptographic validation routines, and user authentication steps within the ground network structure. · Design software-gated input configurations and human-factors interface layouts to simplify decision paths and minimize pilot cognitive workload during operational abnormalities or emergencies. · Author verification test scripts and maintain system configuration documentation to support international type-certification goals. Qualifications: · Proven background in software architecture configuration and development targeting safety-critical distributed automation interfaces, robotics control panels, or aerospace dispatch centers. · Practical experience evaluating, auditing, and securely combining open-source software frameworks and commercial third-party packages into production environments. · Deep technical command of multi-threaded application design, asynchronous network messaging configurations, and real-time telemetry processing pipelines. · Hands-on proficiency utilizing modern user-interface development frameworks, visualization engines, and map tile rendering components. · Demonstrated history applying user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) human-factors design practices to manage high-density informational dashboards. · Familiarity establishing cryptographic access layers, user authorization models, and secure data logging capabilities. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Physical and Mental Requirements: · Standing and sitting for extended periods of time, · Lifting up to 25 pounds in a safe and prudent manner, · Ability to work and communicate well with other employees and management, customers, visitors, vendors. · Ability to perform work utilizing manual dexterity of the hands, · Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach above and below shoulders, and full use of upper extremities, · Ability to easily move through an approximately 25,000 square foot warehouse building, · Ability to read, write, and understand French, · Correctable vision and hearing. Aperçu du poste : En tant qu'analyste logiciel principal de station de contrôle au sol (GCS) de niveau 3, vous êtes un membre central du niveau d'exécution, responsable de la gestion de l'expérience utilisateur de bout en bout, de l'agrégation des données en arrière-plan et de la structure de l'écosystème logiciel de la station d'opérateur. Dans ce rôle, vous prendrez la tête de l'évaluation des exigences systémiques, de l'élaboration d'un plan d'exécution complet et de la coordination du développement stratégique du logiciel GCS. Votre objectif sera d'intégrer de manière fluide des applications commerciales tierces et des bibliothèques logicielles open source stables afin d'assembler une station de travail d'opérateur hautement fiable et à haute disponibilité, adaptée à la flotte d'avions autonomes JC250. Responsabilités clés : · Formuler des feuilles de route logicielles détaillées et des plans techniques de mise en œuvre pour guider le développement, le déploiement et l'expansion du logiciel d'opérateur de station au sol. · Coordonnez l'intégration, l'audit de sécurité et l'ajustement de la performance des outils d'entreprise tiers et des paquets open source afin d'établir une expérience utilisateur de bureau unifiée. · Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des boucles d'agrégation de données multithread à haute disponibilité capables de gérer des flux de liaisons de données simultanés, des métriques d'état des aéronefs en temps réel et des flux vidéo. · Construire des environnements d'affichage intuitifs à faible latence ainsi que des visualisations de cartes synthétiques pour maximiser la conscience situationnelle de l'opérateur lors d'opérations autonomes complexes. · Architectez les couches d'autorisation sécurisées et basées sur les rôles pour les opérateurs, les routines de validation cryptographique et les étapes d'authentification utilisateur au sein de la structure du réseau au sol. · Concevez des configurations d'entrée à commande logicielle et des dispositions d'interfaces à facteurs humains pour simplifier les parcours décisionnels et minimiser la charge cognitive du pilote lors d'anomalies ou d'urgences opérationnelles. · Créer des scripts de test de vérification des auteurs et maintenir la documentation de configuration du système pour soutenir les objectifs internationaux de certification de type. Qualifications : · Expérience éprouvée en configuration et développement d'architecture logicielle ciblant des interfaces d'automatisation distribuée critiques pour la sécurité, des panneaux de contrôle robotiques ou des centres de répartition aérospatiale. · Expérience pratique dans l'évaluation, l'audit et la combinaison sécurisée de cadres logiciels open source et de paquets tiers commerciaux dans des environnements de production. · Maîtrise technique approfondie de la conception d'applications multithread, des configurations de messagerie réseau asynchrone et des pipelines de traitement de télémétrie en temps réel. · Maîtrise pratique utilisant des cadres modernes de développement d'interfaces utilisateur, des moteurs de visualisation et des composants de rendu de tuiles cartographiques. · Historique démontré de l'application des pratiques de conception des facteurs humains pour l'expérience utilisateur (UX) et l'interface utilisateur (UI) pour gérer des tableaux de bord informationnels à haute densité. · Familiarité avec l'établissement des couches d'accès cryptographiques, des modèles d'autorisation utilisateur et des capacités de journalisation sécurisée des données.
