Duration: asap to May 31,2027 Location: Toronto - Hybrid 2-3 days onsite Senior Lead Engineers are required from Accenture to support the initial migration and agentic rollouts for client Insurance, Wealth, CPB and AMCB. These engineers are well versed in AWS Connect and focused on end to end design, build and technical integration between AWS Connect and client's internal platforms. They will be technical SME's building Agentic AI Agents within AWS Connect, Integrating to client's Authentication Services/CIAM and Line of Business and/or IVR Integration API's. These are 'hands on' roles and will be working closely with respective lines of business/ART architects and delivery leads to ensure a seamless implementation of both the AWS Connect migrations and accompanying Agentic AI build-outs. SME will be prime integration SME for IVR Integration API's which have an offshore team compliment. Additional responsibilities of these roles will be assist train new client full time engineers on the AWS Connect Stack and Integrations. 'Hands on' role for Agentic AI build-outs.
