Position: Senior ServiceNow Consultant Duration: 3 Months Contract Client Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite) Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B About the Engagement Akkodis is seeking the services of an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to support ServiceNow platform development, configuration, integration, and optimization initiatives within a leading Canadian organization. The engagement will focus on implementing and supporting ServiceNow capabilities across IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, Discovery, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), while ensuring adherence to platform best practices and development standards. Services to be Provided Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices. Implement and support ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, integrations, and custom applications. Support CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM initiatives. Configure and support SPM capabilities, including Project Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Planning. Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub. Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform issues. Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and enhancement activities. Create and maintain technical documentation. Ensure solutions comply with established ServiceNow development standards and best practices. Expertise Required 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience. Strong experience with IT Service Management (ITSM). Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Planning. Experience with CMDB governance, Service Mapping, Discovery, and CSDM. Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder. Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, development practices, and best practices. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
