Title: Sr. UKG Kronos Consultant Location: Calgary, AB Duration: 4+ months with potential extension We’re looking for an experienced UKG/Kronos Workforce Central consultant/SME to support our transition from Kronos Workforce Central to Human Capital Management (Dayforce preferred). Key Areas: Strong hands-on Kronos Workforce Central configuration/administration experience We need someone who already knows Kronos and can hit the ground running. Knowledge of timekeeping, work rules, roles, accruals, and WIM integrations Ability to work with our current Kronos analyst for knowledge transfer Support requirements validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing Kronos operations Act as the Kronos SME/bridge with the Dayforce project team Experience with system migrations/transitions is a plus
