Primary Responsibilities: * Safely load haul trucks to their maximum load to ensure efficient hauling * Maintain ventilation up to standard in heading * Required to safely and efficiently direct trucks * Safely muck daily quota and maintain roadway in accordance to established standards * Adhere to vent tag board procedure when entering his or her heading * Properly repair roadways with crush material * Safely required to operate scoop Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: * Grade 12 education * Must have basic Underground modules completed * Must have 6 months experience on a haul truck * Prior experience on a scoop would be considered an asset * Strong organizational skills with a priority for safety * Able to follow directions with minimal supervision * Adaptable to changing priorities Crew: 7 day on 7 day away schedule. Requirements
A Grade 12 education and completion of basic underground modules are required, along with at least six months of haul truck experience. Prior scoop experience is an asset; candidates should prioritize safety, follow directions with minimal supervision, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
