Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French & English) We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and French. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional assistance. Resolve customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions. Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company databases. Create and update spreadsheets to track customer records and orders. Verify and update existing customer data to ensure accuracy. Process and maintain customer information, financial transactions, inventory records, and other operational data. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – Required Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Technical knowledge or background is considered an asset. Education & Experience Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
