WHAT SUCCESS LOOK LIKE: In this role, success means building strong partnerships, delivering engaging learning experiences, continuously improving learning solutions and contributing to measurable business outcomes. WHAT YOU WILL HAVE: * Relevant post-secondary degree (e.g., education, adult education, instructional design) and 5+ years of training experience, including development and facilitation. * Preference will be given to those with an adult learning certificate and/or an instructional design certification from an accredited institution or other relevant post-secondary training and work experience. * Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver instructor-led learning experiences to diverse audiences in virtual, classroom, and hybrid environments. * Ability to learn and teach business applications from both operational and technical perspectives. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with above average proficiency in verbal and written communication. * Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, with the ability to design and deliver learner-centered solutions that support operational performance and business outcomes. * Experience using learning technologies such as LMS platforms, virtual classroom tools (Microsoft Teams) and digital content authoring tools. * Experience using artificial intelligence and other learning technologies to support learning design, content development, research or performance support. * Ability to work well independently within a virtual team. * Strong research and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. * Established track record built on exhibiting initiative, result orientation and a drive to succeed.
