Laundry Attendant

Join Our Team as a Laundry Attendant: The Prince George Hotel is currently looking for a dependable Laundry Attendant to help maintain the quality and cleanliness of all hotel linens. This role plays a key part in ensuring guestrooms and hotel operations run smoothly by keeping linens in excellent condition and ready for use. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and take pride in maintaining organized systems, this could be a great fit for you. What You'll Be Doing: * Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store hotel linens efficiently and safely * Follow proper washing instructions to maintain linen quality * Operate laundry equipment and perform routine cleaning of machines * Report any equipment concerns or mechanical issues promptly * Check and replace laundry chemicals as required, following proper safety procedures * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Provide laundering services for other departments (e.g., drop cloths, rags, mop heads) * Follow all health and safety standards and emergency procedures * Complete daily wellness checks and follow enhanced cleaning protocols What We're Looking For: * Strong attention to detail * Comfort working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and stay organized * Commitment to health and safety standards * Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays * Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required What We Offer: We want you to feel valued here and to enjoy the benefits of being part of a strong and supportive team.
