As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are seeking a Delivery Architect, Americas to design scalable customer solutions, guide complex enterprise deployments, and ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales through implementation. This highly visible, customer-facing role, sits at the intersection of architecture, customer strategy, and delivery; solving complex technical challenges and improving customer outcomes in partnership with teams across AlgoSec. Reporting To: Professional Services Engineering Team Lead, Americas Location: Canada (Home Office) What You’ll Do Design customer solutions with an application-centric mindset, refining them over time through ongoing stakeholder collaboration, discussion, and training. Provide technical guidance to AlgoSec teams and mentor Deployment Engineers. Create solution design documents to guide Deployment and Professional Services teams and maintain a record of the solution for the customer. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Management, Support, and R&D. Address customer needs and contribute to ongoing improvements to the AlgoSec solution. Participate in pre-sale activities and represent the Delivery organization to ensure clear design and smooth deployment to the post-sales team. Conduct customer workshops and build the customer’s automation journey in complex network environments. Requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role at a software company serving large enterprise customers. Proven experience in conducting customer-facing design sessions, with the ability to lead discussions, extract requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables. Experience with Network Change Request process and tools like ServiceNow or other alternative IT service tools. Experience with Agile development processes or other alternative processes. Strong networking background, solid knowledge of the OSI model, and TCP/IP protocols suite. Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.). Experience in Linux/UNIX environments and script languages (PERL, Python, shell). Experience with network mapping topology, systems integration, and APIs. Customer-focused, with a proven ability to build credibility and trusted relationships. Resourceful and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize, learn quickly, and take initiative. Strong collaborator who works effectively across cross-functional and technical teams. Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
