We are currently hiring for a full–time Bilingual Investment Operations Associate to become part of our Client Experience team in Burlington/Toronto, Ontario, or Montréal, Quebec. In this role, the successful candidate will work to investigate issues, gather information, and create solutions in their mission to provide excellent support to our Investment Advisor clients. The Client Experience Team is the ‘go to’ for our Advisors, this relationship is based on the trust they have in our expertise and ability to support them effectively. We are looking for someone who works calmly in a fast-paced environment and ensures work is completed in a timely and holistic fashion. This is a client-facing role that requires a heightened level of experience working within the financial services industry. What You Will Do: Taking a team approach, support our Advisor clients with day-to-day inquiries and any specific requests for assistance- relating to Systems, Compliance, Trading, Estates, and more Provide training to advisors and their branches/teams Collaborate with other departments as required for multi-faceted issues Work on project-specific tasks relating to procedural updates Assist and support management on ad-hoc and priority items You Will Bring: Bilingual (French and English), fluent, both written and spoken with investment-industry specific terminology 1-3 years of experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries – Focus on very strong client service skills Industry-related academic experience (ex. CSC, CPH, registration with CIRO/AMF) or an evidenced commitment towards further education Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude Ability/Flexibility to work independently in hybrid home/office environment Strong problem-solving aptitude – Ability to execute both first and second level thinking when assessing an issue What We Bring: We are committed to a positive employee experience fostered through an open and collaborative work environment. This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
