You'll design complex business challenges, author expert-level solutions, and audit AI reasoning across domains like DCF valuation, supply chain optimization, and market entry strategy — ensuring AI performs at the standard real business leaders demand. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required — just deep business knowledge and a sharp analytical mind. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Business Challenges — Develop advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, operations bottlenecks, and organizational behavior Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-grade rationales that serve as the gold standard for AI training Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards Refine AI Reasoning — Identify and document failures in AI reasoning — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misapplying macroeconomic variables — and provide clear, structured feedback Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule Who You Are Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and actionable recommendations Highly precise — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structure of business arguments Self-motivated and consistent when working independently No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms as an end user Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs and cutting-edge language models Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, expert-level work High-impact contribution — your expertise shapes how AI performs in real business contexts Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
