Lead the architecture and technical design of ServiceNow CSM and OMT solutions, including end-to-end order management, orchestration, and fulfilment workflows. Guide integrations with OSS/BSS, CRM, and other enterprise systems, and provide technical leadership through implementation, testing, and deployment.
