ServiceNow Developer – SPM Location: Quebec, Canada Languages: French and English required Alldus is working with a ServiceNow partner seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join their team in Quebec. This role combines hands-on development with an understanding of project, portfolio and risk management processes. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, helping the organisation make effective use of ServiceNow’s SPM capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on the SPM module. Analyse functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Configure workflows, automations, forms, access controls and business rules. Develop and maintain components using JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules and Flow Designer. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Build dashboards, KPIs and reports to support management reporting and decision-making. Perform technical testing, support user acceptance testing and resolve defects. Support deployments, maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement. Collaborate with technical, functional and business stakeholders, advising on out-of-the-box capabilities and development best practices. Skills and Experience At least 3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform. Hands-on development or implementation experience with ServiceNow SPM. Understanding of project and portfolio management processes, alongside risk management concepts. Strong development skills across JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules and Flow Designer. Experience configuring workflows, automations, forms and access controls. Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Understanding of the ServiceNow development, testing and deployment lifecycle. Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to communicate professionally in both French and English. Based in Quebec, Canada, and able to meet onsite requirements.
