We provide customized and compassionate ABA care to develop the autonomy and confidence that can improve a child's overall quality of life. We are an autistic, women and minority owned agency that is built upon a nuerodiverse framework. We ensure quality care by maintaining all BCBA level or ABA masters level practicum students as our direct service providers and by providing on-going training in the most current work within and beyond our field. AT-LBA provides trauma-informed ABA by always putting the child's wellbeing first, utilizing the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and ensuring assent. Ongoing growth and development is an essential component of the work we do.
