Job summary
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual French Consumer Sales Associate to join our team for a 6-month contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong desire to help customers find the travel insurance solutions that best meet their needs, allowing them to enjoy a worry-free travel experience. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, educate clients on available insurance products, provide quotes, and convert opportunities into sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Canada; however, applicants residing in Quebec will not be considered. Come work for a company that recognizes our greatest strength lies in the people we hire. What You Will Do Provide telephone support for e-commerce and insurance clients. Identify customer needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions to meet those needs. Educate potential clients on their insurance options, provide quotes, and close sales. Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products, and staying up to date on new product or policy changes. Accurately enter pertinent customer data and make changes to existing policies. Able to close a sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment. Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use. What You Will Bring Six (6) to twelve (12) months in a customer service or sales environment. Post-secondary education is highly preferred. Possess Accident and Sickness license is considered an asset but is not required. Possess TICO certification or willing to become certified. Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task. Demonstrate superb customer service skills, a strong customer focus, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Fluency in French and English is required (written and spoken). Requirements
Requires fluency in French and English and 6 to 12 months of experience in a sales or customer service environment. TICO certification is required or the candidate must be willing to obtain it.
