Title: Security Professionals Location: Landsdown Hawkesbury, Ontario Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: $20.95 Shift Times: 23:45-07:30 Key Responsibilities Provide continuous observation of assigned patient(s) as directed by hospital staff. Ensure patient safety by preventing self-harm, elopement, or disruptive behavior. Maintain a calm and professional presence at all times. Document observations and incidents accurately and promptly. Communicate effectively with nursing staff and supervisors regarding any changes in patient behavior. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations. Follow all hospital protocols, confidentiality policies, and security procedures. Assist with de-escalation when required, using approved techniques. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Security Guard License. Current First Aid & CPR certification. Must have a personal Vehicle Previous healthcare or patient watch experience preferred. Strong observation and communication skills. Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods. Professional demeanor and strong conflict-resolution skills. Requirements
