As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets through patrols, monitoring, and incident response. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Specific Duties Performed And Essential Functions : Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high-traffic areas, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, promptly responding to any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and other access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed while enforcing security policies Report any security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities, documenting observations and actions taken Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies effectively Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements to mitigate risks Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant regulation Requirement: Must be 25 or older ( for insurance purpose) Must have a full G driver licence Experience with report writing and note-taking. Conduct Patrols Valid ON Security Guard License. Must be eligible to work in Canada over 40 hours per week.
