Job Description Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard - Residential Floater in North York, Ontario Title: Security Guard - Residential Floater Location: North York, Ontario Pay rate: $17.60 per hour Status: Part-time / Casual Shift: Must have the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays Overview Allied Universal is seeking casual Security Guard - Residential Floater to work at our residential sites in North York, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work various shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. Requirements Must have Residential Concierge Security experience. Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology. Excellent written and oral communication Must have a valid Ontario Security License. Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. First Aid and CPR High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff. Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications. Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
