Develop and assess suppliers, lead supplier-side APQP and PPAP activities, conduct audits, and improve supplier quality, capability, delivery, and performance. Drive corrective actions and risk mitigation, maintain supplier records and scorecards in SAP, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on technical issues and engineering changes.
On-site
Lead manufacturing engineering projects from planning through implementation, coordinating technical scope, budgets, schedules, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress, resolve technical and operational issues, support new product launches, and prepare project documentation and updates.
