Job Description This job is responsible for safeguarding Allstate's assets by analyzing complex ACG AORs (Area of Responsibilities - Departments) data to identify potential risks or integrity issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining operational controls to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the ACG AORs process. This role requires a deep understanding of ACG operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Accountabilities: Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen risk, compliance, and control practices. Design, implement, and evaluate controls to mitigate risk and support regulatory compliance. Design, update and analyze ACG’s processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all ACG’s processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Support enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, and control frameworks. Monitor risk, compliance, and control metrics using data analytics and reporting tools. Lead and coordinate remediation activities for audit findings, compliance issues, and control deficiencies. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage risk, support governance initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare and present risk, compliance, and control reporting for leadership and key stakeholders. Support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and compliance assessments. Develop training, communications, and guidance to promote a strong risk and compliance culture. Experience 3 or more years of experience in audit and/or risk management, operational risk/controls, or compliance within the financial services industry. Strong analytical, attention to details, investigative skills, critical thinking, and sound judgement Exposure to internal or external audits, process improvement initiatives and other internal control enhancements Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint) Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g CRM, CRMP, CIP, CCS, CICA, CPA, CISA, CIA, CRMA) are a plus. Previous experience with regulators is a plus. Requirements

Requires at least three years of experience in audit, risk management, operational risk and controls, or compliance within financial services, along with strong analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking skills. Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge is required; relevant advanced degrees or professional certifications and experience with regulators are considered assets.
