Construction Project Manager Location: Vancouver, BC Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Vancouver and take ownership of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and project documentation Lead subcontractor procurement, tendering, scope review, bid analysis, and contract awards Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams Monitor project financial performance (budget, forecast, cashflow, and cost control) Identify and manage project risks, schedule impacts, scope gaps, and potential cost issues Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to identify conflicts and opportunities Manage RFIs, change orders, site instructions, progress claims, and project documentation. Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate construction sequencing, site logistics, quality, and schedule Skills & experience: 6+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with a General Contractor Experience with commercial, multi-family residential or industrial construction Experience managing projects valued over $30 million Proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction through completion Strong understanding of construction contracts, project schedules, budgets, and cost control Experience with subcontractor procurement, tendering, bid leveling, and contract administration Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and sequencing Base salary: $130,000 - $160,000 Flexible related to experience +Bonus +Benefits If you're interested, please apply with resume.
