Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid – typically 2 days onsite per week) Duration: Contract until December 31, 2027, with possibility of extension Start Date: ASAP Job Overview We are seeking two experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a large-scale ERP/EAM transformation program. The role will focus on business requirements, solution design, data migration, system integration, testing, and implementation activities. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops. Document business and functional requirements for ERP/EAM solutions. Support data migration, system integration, and testing activities. Collaborate with business teams, IT, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle. Required Experience Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo (SaaS). Experience delivering at least one large-scale ERP, EAM, and/or billing transformation project from design through configuration/development, testing, and implementation. Strong requirements-gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data migration, integration requirements, and system testing. Requirements

Requires at least 10 years of professional IT experience, including at least five years as a Business Analyst and three years with Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo SaaS. Candidates must have delivered at least one large-scale ERP, EAM, or billing transformation from design through configuration or development, testing, and implementation; Oracle Fusion HCM is an asset.
