Provide labour relations expertise and strategic advice to leaders, including interpreting collective agreements and policies, managing grievances, and recommending performance management actions. Lead sensitive workplace investigations, prepare related documentation and arguments, coordinate alcohol and drug testing, and research labour relations trends.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical maintenance work, including routine downtime and major shutdowns, while supporting equipment reliability, budgets, and spare-parts availability. Develop work packages and estimates, coordinate contractors and related work orders, improve CMMS and planning processes, and integrate safety into maintenance execution.

Oversee core accounting functions and prepare accurate financial reports, including leading close activities, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining internal controls. Support audits, budgets, forecasts, cash management, and tax compliance while improving accounting processes and providing financial insights to operational stakeholders.
