HOURLY RATE - $19.00 FULL-TIME HOURS: 4-5 Shifts per week Shift work between 9am and 7pm - weekends included Remote work possible - onsite preferred WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Contact Centre Agents sell and reserve lodging and recreation packages to potential guests via in-bound calls. We provide detailed information regarding all aspects of the resort and its offerings. As the “voice” of Blue Mountain, we service Fully Independent Travelers (FIT), conference guests and the general public. Selling and reserving lodging for leisure, group and conference guests. Selling and reserving bookable activities such as Snow School and Kids @ Blue offerings to independent travelers and locals. Selling season passes and gift cards. Consistently using the Blue Mountain Resorts sales script while striving to consistently achieve set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Providing accurate & detailed information and informing callers on resort offerings, inspiring exciting & transformational experiences. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Requirements
Candidates should have strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a sales-driven environment. Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is considered an asset.
