SEASONAL-PART TIME WAGE - $18.00 HR 1 to 3 Shifts per week WHAT WILL I BE DOING? This purpose of this role is to greet guests as they arrive and direct them to the shop in a timely manner. This position sends guests onto the course in accordance with our Pace of Play policy. Greets all guests upon their arrival to Monterra Golf and on their departure. Assists guests with the unloading, loading golf bags in and out of their vehicle and stages bags onto carts. Organizes golf cart staging areas including cleaning and moving carts. Validates guests’ tee team over radio communication with the golf shop. Guiding guests to the first tee in a timely manner, keeping track of arrivals, monitoring pace of play, and tracking finishing times. Provides starter speech to all guests prior to beginning their golf round. Stocks golf carts with pencils, scorecards, name cards and keys. Answers customer service requests and guest inquiries. Organizes and stores rental clubs, and wash, refill, organize and park all golf carts for guests. Tows carts, documents damage to carts in the cart logbook and performs routine cart maintenance. Assists with set up and teardown for golf events. WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME? Requirements
