Blue Mountain Resort is offering unpaid co-op placements in the following pathways: Risk Management – Learn about safety, incident reporting, and compliance procedures. Perfect for students interested in law, safety, or emergency response. Skilled Trades/Construction – Gain hands-on experience with electrical work and general building/automotive maintenance. Great for students interested in trades and technical careers. Business Administration – Assist with office tasks, data entry, and organizational projects. Ideal for students exploring careers in management, or human resources. Hotel Maintenance – Work alongside our maintenance team to keep our resort running smoothly. Learn about facility upkeep, repairs, and troubleshooting common issues Mountain Adventure - work on our activities and attractions providing exceptional guest service and experiences. WHY JOIN US?
