SEASONAL - FULL TIME WAGE - $21.69 4 to 5 Shifts per week WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to provide lead daily operations to assist employees in working efficiently to uphold service standards, while creating exceptional guest experiences. Supports the execution of clear service and performance expectations for the business unit. Adheres to Brand Standards; following station layouts, drink recipes, service standards, menu knowledge, training of employees. Maintains a positive working relationship with departments across the resort. Supports team members completion of daily tasks and performs such work as needed. Orders inventory required, adhering to the par levels provided by the Manager/Assistant Manager. Ensures tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan. Ensures that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations.
