Seasonal - PART TIME WAGE- $18.31 2 to 3 shifts per week WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Reporting to the Head Tennis Pro the tennis counselor will focus on coaching tennis to young players in a group setting. The tennis counselor will be expected to keep up with activities in other areas of the resort and will always be a champion of the guest experience. · Planning and leading Tennis Lesson for young players & summer camps · Developing programming with tennis coaches and Head Tennis Pro · Choosing drills and games for appropriate skill level · Preparing for lessons or camp · Maintaining Court and Facility cleanliness · Familiar with front desk processes · Evaluate participant/student’s skill development and report progress to student’s parents. Requirements
Candidates must have previous coaching or teaching experience, ideally with junior programs. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required for this role.
