Skills and Qualifications • Previous phone-based customer service experience is required, ideally in a call centre or contact centre. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a customer-first approach. • Ability to manage steady inbound call volumes while staying organized and detail-oriented. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems. • Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working fully on-site, Monday to Friday. • Previous insurance experience or LLQP licensing is an asset, but not required.
