Your Responsibilities • You'll manage complex calendars for multiple executives, proactively coordinating meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and protecting executive priorities. • You'll coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and ensuring every logistical detail is accounted for. • You'll prepare meeting agendas, coordinate recurring team meetings, and provide day-to-day executive support. • You'll manage invoices and expense-related processes, following items through to completion while partnering with Finance. • You'll communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating schedules and managing meeting changes professionally. • You'll anticipate administrative needs, maintain organized documentation, and support additional projects as required. Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple senior executives in a corporate, professional services, financial services, legal, consulting, or similar environment. • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, and multiple competing priorities. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience managing invoices, expenses, or financial administration. • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to learn new processes quickly. • Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with executive stakeholders. • A proactive, resourceful approach with excellent judgment and the ability to work independently.
