Your Responsibilities • You'll translate fraud operations requirements into scalable technical, analytical, and AI-ready solution designs that align cross-functional teams around a unified roadmap. • You'll analyze fraud trends, behavioural patterns, and operational data to recommend new controls, detection rules, and preventative strategies that reduce organizational risk. • You'll design and evolve fraud architecture, including orchestration layers, scoring models, verification workflows, and response strategies that support long-term scalability. • You'll serve as a trusted advisor by evaluating fraud risk across new products, member journey enhancements, and technology initiatives, ensuring fraud considerations are embedded early in solution design. • You'll contribute to the ongoing development of fraud policies, operational playbooks, and security procedures while ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications • 7+ years of progressive experience in fraud management, fraud architecture, solution architecture, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated experience designing scalable fraud detection, prevention, and risk management solutions. • Strong understanding of fraud controls, scoring engines, data flows, member journeys, and AI-ready solution design. • Experience collaborating with security, data engineering, data science, product, and business teams in complex enterprise environments. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver results in evolving environments. • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to balancing fraud prevention, operational efficiency, and member experience.
