Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid, typically 1 day on-site per week, up to 2 days based on business needs Language: English, excellent written and spoken communication required Duration: 4-month contract to start, with potential extension or transition to permanent About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a boutique Canadian cybersecurity and technology services organization supporting enterprise clients across the country. This is an opportunity to build your expertise in a fast-moving sector while taking real ownership of integrated campaigns, events, partner marketing and sales enablement initiatives. You’ll join a small, collaborative marketing team and work closely with senior leadership, sales, service delivery teams and subject matter experts. With a flat organizational structure and plenty of access to experienced leaders, this role is well suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, can navigate ambiguity and is motivated to turn ideas into action. What’s In It for You You’ll have the opportunity to own meaningful projects, build your cybersecurity and technology marketing expertise and learn directly from senior subject matter experts. The organization offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that values initiative, professional growth and high-quality work, with programs including professional development support, LinkedIn Learning and flexible sick and personal days. Your Responsibilities • You’ll design and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns that support lead generation and pipeline growth. • You’ll coordinate partner marketing initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, tradeshows and professional events. • You’ll create content across social media, LinkedIn, email communications, blogs, thought leadership and other digital channels. • You’ll collaborate with sales to develop enablement materials and nurture customers, leads and opportunities. • You’ll manage marketing metrics, lead flow, campaign performance and partner marketing activities. • You’ll help plan monthly events and initiatives that showcase internal subject matter expertise. Skills and Qualifications • 3–5 years of B2B technology marketing experience, ideally with demonstrated tenure and independently led projects. • Hands-on experience with lead generation, sales enablement, events, integrated campaigns, social media, email marketing and content creation. • Experience with HubSpot, Dynamics 365, WordPress, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects autonomously, solve problems and deliver with minimal guidance. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating with senior executives and technical subject matter experts. • Strong attention to detail, organization and openness to feedback in a high-expectation environment. • Working knowledge of cybersecurity and basic security concepts is an asset, but not required.
