Your Responsibilities In this role, you will prepare monthly financial packages for your assigned commercial and industrial properties including bank reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis and supporting schedules. You will manage monthly reporting cycles, tailoring financial packages to the needs of each client. You will lead semiannual budgeting, reforecasting and cash flow preparation for your portfolio. You will review, code and route AP invoices for approval then forward them to the AP team for processing. You will collaborate closely with property management and accounting colleagues to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across your portfolio. Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of property accounting experience in the commercial real estate space Experience preparing full monthly financial packages including reconciliations, budgeting and variance analysis Highly organized with the ability to manage volume, deadlines and varying client requirements Experience with Yardi Strong communication skills with a friendly and collaborative approach CPA designation is an asset Why Partner with Altis If you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
